Visits to Federal Government Schools of Wah Cantonment for assessment of Visual Acuity of the students

The School Health Program of the Community Medicine Department aims to provide health preventive and promotive services to the schools of Wah Cantonment. The faculty members from the Community Medicine Department along with the 4^th Year MBBS students visited different schools of Wah Cantonment on November 27^th,2023, January 8^th, 2024, February 20^th, 2024 and April 17^th, 2024 for the purpose of Visual Acuity assessment among the school children as a part of the School Health Program. After the screening, the school administration was informed about the visual acuity status of the students, and the students with poor visual acuity were referred to an Ophthalmologist.
