Convocation Report: Wah Medical College – 14th and 15th Batch – March 11, 2023 The Convocation ceremony for the 14th and 15th batches of Wah Medical College was held on March 11, 2023, marking a momentous occasion for the graduating medical students. Thereafter, the Dean Wah Medical College, Prof Dr Musarrat Ramzan, administered the Oath to the graduates. The heart of the event was the formal conferment of medical degrees, each graduate walked across the stage to receive their degree from the VC NUMS, Lt Gen Wasim Alamgir. The top-performing graduates from both batches were acknowledged and awarded for their outstanding achievements in various fields of medicine and surgery. Romeela khan was announced to be the best graduate of the 14th batch and Amina Ali of the 15th batch. The esteemed guest of honor, VC NUMS, delivered an inspirational address. The speaker shared valuable insights and encouraged the graduates to continue their pursuit of excellence and ethical practice in their medical careers. He also awarded the top three positions of both the batches with cash cheque awards of Rs 300000, Rs 200000 and Rs 100000 respectively. A group photograph of the graduates with the faculty was followed by a hearty lunch allowing graduates and their families to celebrate their achievements and share moments of joy with faculty and fellow students.
